Users may deposit funds into their personal portal balance using our accepted digital payment methods. Once successfully confirmed, the deposited sum is credited directly to your website account balance.

• Account credits are allocated exclusively toward commissioning eligible translation projects
• Pre-funded amounts bear no monetary interest and cannot be withdrawn as direct currency

4. Utilization of Stored Account Funds

Account balances are designated solely for the procurement of linguistic and translation services hosted on our platform. Funds cannot be liquidated or redirected except where mandated by statutory law or our Refund Policy.

• Account balances are strictly personal to the registered user and non-transferable between accounts
• Balances cannot be converted or redeemed for cash under ordinary operating conditions
• Promotional credits or platform bonuses may carry specific validity periods and expiration dates

5. Linguistic & Translation Services

Kaze Voice provides specialized translation and localization services based upon the files, documentation, and specific guidelines submitted by the user. Project scope, language combinations, and technical complexity determine fulfillment parameters.

• Turnaround schedules and pricing depend on word count, technical density, and language pairs
• Standard project fulfillment is achieved within 1 to 3 business days following confirmed order processing
• Specialized industry texts may require tailored delivery timelines specified prior to order checkout

6. Client File Submission & User Warranties

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all documents and digital assets uploaded for translation are legible, complete, and uncorrupted. Users warrant that submitted materials do not violate intellectual property laws or statutory regulations.

• Source assets must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets of third parties
• Uploading unlawful, defamatory, malicious, or harmful content is strictly prohibited
• Clients warrant that they possess all required legal rights and consents to submit the materials

7. Fulfillment & Electronic Service Delivery

Completed linguistic deliverables are distributed purely through electronic mechanisms. Turnaround times begin once payment has been verified and all requisite source files have been validated.

• Delivery timelines average 1 to 3 business days subject to text volume and linguistic complexity

8. Pricing Structure & Payment Processing

• Clients indemnify Kaze Voice against any third-party claims arising from uploaded materials

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

While Kaze Voice applies high professional standards, we do not warrant that translations will be completely error-free or suitable for every specialized regulatory, legal, or commercial objective without prior verification.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential damages are expressly excluded
• Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fee paid for the specific affected order
• Clients must independently verify suitability when submitting translations to official authorities

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Kaze Voice reserves the right to suspend or permanently deactivate any user account that infringes these Terms, submits abusive material, engages in fraudulent billing, or threatens platform integrity.

• Immediate suspension applies to fraudulent activity, abusive conduct, or terms violations
• Accounts distributing harmful code, malware, or unlawful files will be terminated permanently
• Legitimate remaining balances will be evaluated in accordance with statutory guidelines

12. Policy Revisions & Governing Jurisdiction
